This website is run by NHS Kent and Medway. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
  • The accessibility toolbar sits at the top of your screen and allows you to change the colour contrast of the website and languages.

We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. We're committed to using plain English on our website to make sure the information is easy to understand.

If you find information on our site that you think should be clearer, please tell us by emailing kmicb.engagecomms@nhs.net. We will need to know the details of the page you were looking at; information you thought should be clearer and anything else you think would help us to improve this.
