If you are a parent or you care for a child or young person and are concerned about their mental health and wellbeing, there are specific services available to support you and them.
Services are provided by NHS organisations, Kent County Council or Medway Council, depending on where you live.
There are also self-help tools, online apps and services aimed at children and young people elsewhere on this website.

Soluna by Kooth is the new version of Kooth, offering free, confidential mental health support for young people aged 10 to 25. It combines self-help tools, moderated peer support and one-to-one text chats with qualified mental health practitioners in one app and website.

The app brings together a wealth of resources and information into one place to make it easier for families living in Medway to access help, support and advice.
It is aimed at all families, whether they are expecting, new parents or already raising children, and offers tailored information based on individual circumstances and needs.

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust's specialist services may not be right for everyone. When this is the case, they work closely with trusted partners across Kent and Medway that offer a range of emotional and wellbeing support. If another service is better placed to help, they will signpost to them.
