The NHS App
In August 2024, NHS Kent and Medway carried out a survey to learn more about how people use the NHS App and what they thought about it.
A total of 1,563 people completed the online questions.

The findings of the survey have been shared with NHS Kent and Medway's Primary Care Transformation Team. The results have given them clearer insights into what residents use the app for and how they want it to develop in the future. The project team will continue to work with Kent and Medway GPs to explore the app's functionality and how it can support patients to manage their health.
Starting in November 2024, volunteers at Kent libraries will be available to signpost residents to library IT buddies - trained volunteers who can support people in using the NHS App and other online health services. This partnership is designed to help those who need extra assistance with digital healthcare tools.
If you or someone you know would benefit from this support, ask at your local library for more details.
