Vaccine training 

Vaccine training is designed to equip those working in health, social care or public health with the knowledge, confidence and skills to discuss vaccines and the health benefits of vaccines to the public and other health and social care colleagues.

Completing our training will give you:

  • vital facts to address vaccine hesitancy with empathy
  • knowledge to educate other as to the importance of vaccines
  • confidence to be a trusting voice in your workplace and/or community.

Who can join?

Anyone working in health, social care, or public health in Kent and Medway.

Insights

  • 88 per cent of attendees rated the training "excellent", while the remaining 12 per cent rated it "good".
  • 94 per cent reported feeling "very confident" applying the Making Every Contact Count (MECC) principle to vaccination discussions.
