NHS Kent and Medway and its partners Kent County Council and Medway Council engaged with people who had experience of using the wheelchair, community equipment or technology enabled care services.
We held a series of workshops for prescribers and service users. We heard from clinical staff, carers and the public.
We circulated a survey to care home managers; they were invited to forums to give their views.
