Event Description

The Kent and Medway Integrated Care Partnership is a joint committee of NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, Kent County Council and Medway Council.

It is responsible for the development and oversight of an integrated care strategy for the population of Kent and Medway which will:

• address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health and wellbeing
• champion inclusion and transparency in decision-making
• challenge the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System to demonstrate progress in reducing inequalities and improving outcomes.

The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) formal committee meeting scheduled for 6 September 2023 has been deferred to December 7 2023.

The ICP will instead be having a closed session, reflecting on the Interim Integrated Care Strategy. Any items requiring formal decision and discussion will be reported in subsequent ICP formal committee meetings.
